Sayreville
Salvatore V. Provenza age 72 of Sayreville passed away Thursday August 11th 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Brooklyn, New York he has resided in Sayreville since 1968. Before his retirement he was the owner and operator for Andrew’s Appraisal in Sayreville. Mr. Provenza was a member of Sayreville Knights of Columbus Council 2061 and their forth degree assembly. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville.

He is predeceased by his parents Andrew & Josephine Provenza. Surviving are his wife of 48 years the former Camille La Bosco Provenza, his daughters and their husbands Camille & David Sivilli, Ann Marie & Nicholas Tsaptsinos, his son Andrew Provenza, his grandchildren Alexa Tsaptsinos, Nicole and David Sivilli all of Sayreville his brother in law and sister in law Louis & Kathleen La Bosco of Plainsboro and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday 10:30am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by an 11am mass at Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Members of Sayreville K of C Council 2061 will hold services Sunday 8:30pm, members of Sayreville K of C 4th Degree will stand honor guard Sunday from 7pm to 9pm at the funeral home.
