Mildred Bremer, 91 years young passed away peacefully on Sunday May 15th 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick NJ. Mrs. Bremer was born in Brooklyn NY to the late Matthew & Rose Lapelusa and resided there until her marriage to Robert Bremer. She stayed in Brooklyn while Robert Served his country. A few years later they moved to Parlin NJ to raise their Family.

Mildred was a homemaker for most of the early years while her girls were growing up. Eventually she started a part time career of working in the fashion retail business this was a passion of her’s. She was quite the fashionesta who also enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren.

When Robert and Mildred retired, they moved to the Poconos mountains, PA where they enjoyed mountain life and friends. Upon Robert passing away in 2000, and after 56 years of marriage, Mildred decided to move back to Sayreville NJ where she can be surrounded by her daughters, family members and friends. Mildred is also predeceased by her two brothers, Edward and William Lapelusa. She is survived by her sister Helen Arena of Newtown Pa, and her family. She is also survived by her two daughters and son-in-laws, Jane and Christopher Pardun, and Paula and Paul Brylinski. Also Surviving are her four grandchildren, Keri Ituarte with her spouse Silvina, Colette, Paul, and Robert Brylinski all of whom she loved spending time with.
