Marilyn Joan Falcone, age 83, of Sayreville peacefully passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge with her loving family at her side. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Marilyn lived and raised her family in Ozone Park, Queens before moving to Sayreville 25 years ago where she has lived ever since. Before her retirement, Mrs. Falcone was an accountant for over 30 years with H & R Block in both Queens & New Jersey. In her spare time, she loved arts & crafts, especially painting and was an expert shopper. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Marilyn is predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph, her parents Robert & Helen DeGrange, and her sisters Doris Spall & Audrey Thompson. Surviving are her loving children and their spouses Joseph & Marcia of Parlin, Robert & Debra of Howard Beach, NY, James & Marcy of Long Beach, NY, and Peter & Imelda of CT; her siblings Helen Ogden of FL, Barbara & husband Tony Scaturro of FL, and Robert DeGrange of Deer Park, NY; her 7 wonderful grandsons, 1 beautiful granddaughter, and 3 dear great-granddaughters; as well as the rest of her large, loving family.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 10am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with burial to follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in East Brunswick.

Calling hours at the funeral home will take place on Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm & 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marilyn’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate.
