Joseph C. Salvatore age 50 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Monday February 18, 2013 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in South Amboy he has resided in Parlin all of his life. Before his retirement he was employed as a machinist.

He is predeceased by his wife Lucy Salvatore in 2011 and his parents Gennaro & Gloria Salvatore. Surviving are his brothers and their wives Jerry & Carol of Sayreville, Jack & Nannette of Parlin, Michael & Pat of Chiefland, Florida and Robert & Fran of Keansburg and his nephews Jack & Nicholas.

Funeral services will be held Friday 7pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin with private cremation to follow.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Friday from 4pm to 8pm.
