James B. Boring, age 77, passed away Friday October 26, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge with his loving wife and family at his side. James was an amazing cook. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and so much more. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is predeceased by his parents Blair & Marion Boring. Surviving are his beloved wife Theresa of 56 years, his children Lora & Chris Kopf & James Scott & Kelly Boring as well as his adored grandchildren Christopher Kopf, Brian Kopf and Jenna Kopf and his much loved great-grandchildren Mia and Taylor and his siblings John Boring, Yonna Straw, Ronald Boring, Donald Boring, Daniel Boring, Walter Boring, and Timothy Boring.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations may be made to a charity of your choosing in James name.
