Parlin
Gloria Meisch Jefferys Tiedemann age 81 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Friday February 15, 2013 at her daughters home with her loving family at her side. Born in Jersey City she has resided in Parlin since 1953. Gloria was a member of Sayreville St Stan’s Seniors, Catholic Daughters of America, Red Hatters and was a communicant of Saint Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin.

She is predeceased by her husbands Edward Jefferys in 1980 and Wallace R. Tiedemman in 2001, her son Edward Jefferys in 2012 and her sisters Barbara Facciolla and Lois Meyer and her step daughter Donna Haymaker. Surviving are her children and their spouses Carol & Joseph Mastorio of Cliffwood Beach, Donna & James McArthur of Chesterfield, Missouri, Lynn Astarita of the Morgan section of Sayreville, Janet & John Salkoskas of Tafton, Pa., and Mark & Cindy Jefferys of Parlin, her step daughter Doreen Reed of Oregon, her brothers William Meisch of Arizona and Robert Meisch of Bayonne, 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at St Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin with private cremation to follow.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Monday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Gloria’s name be made to Sayreville Emergency Squad P.O. Box 9 Sayreville, N.J. 08872
