George A  Dombrowski
George A. Dombrowski, age 86 of the Parlin section of Old Bridge passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at St Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick surrounded by his loving family. Born in Carteret he had resided in Parlin for the past 60 years. Before his retirement he was employed as a mechanic by Praxair in Keasbey for 50 years. George was a US Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed cooking for his family and loved to travel and go on road trips with his wife.

He is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Victoria Dombrowski, his daughter Mary Buscarini and his 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Surviving are his loving wife of 63 years, Barbara Bross Dombrowski, his children and their spouses, George J. and Donna Dombrowski of Spotswood, Pat and Dave Canfield of Neptune City, John Dombrowski of Old Bridge, Victoria Dombrowski and Deborah Drury of Somerset and Paul Dombrowski and Jennifer Malik of Jackson, his grandchildren Kelly Dalton, Daniel Dombrowski and Emily Dombrowski, his great grandchildren Tyler, Jacob and Luke Dalton and Mikaela Dice and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday 11am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with an entombment to follow at Holy Cross Burial Park and Mausoleum in East Brunswick.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2pm to 6pm.
