I was a colleague of Frank’s at DDD. I knew him mainly from our interaction at NADE, as I never had the opportunity to work for him directly. He was an inspiration and dedicated to the professionalism of the Disability program. He was also a champion of his staff. I met him occasionally at group retiree luncheons in NYC. He was always kind and respectful to others.
My sincere condolences to RoseAnn and the family. May he Rest In Peace.
