Obituary for Colleen A Kuchen (Sheehy)

Colleen A. Kuchen OCDS, age 50 passed away peacefully after a long battle with heart & lung disease on May 23, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick with her family at her bedside. Born in New Brunswick she had resided in East Brunswick before moving to the Madison Park section of Old Bridge 20 years ago. Colleen was a member of the Carmelites 3rd Order, a very active communicant of St Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin, where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters. She also served as a Eucharistic Minister and Usher at the church. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her father James A. Sheehy and her sister Antoinette R. Caseiro. Colleen is survived by her mother Ruth Sheehy, her daughter & son-in-law Heather & Andy Coleman, her sister & brother in law Laura & Alex Lauberts, nephew David Sperenza and nieces Denice Sperenza and Renee Gatarz.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 9am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at St Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin with entombment to follow at Franklin Memorial Park Mausoleum, Franklin Park, N.J.
