Charles Joseph Chmielewski, age 91 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Friday June 13th 2014 in Gainesville, FL. Born in Jersey City he had resided in Sayreville for 55 years. Before his retirement in 1985 he was employed by Ecolab, formerly Economic Laboratories, in Avenel for 25 years.
Charles was a generous man who was always willing to lend a hand to his family friends and neighbors.

He is predeceased by his wife Barbara, his sons Gary, Steven and Keith and his siblings Frank and John. Surviving are his daughters Debra Rizzo of Parlin and Cindy Ankosko of Lake City, FL., his son Kevin of Parlin, his grandchildren Nicole, Jeffrey, Christopher, Kyle, Alexandra, Tyler and James, his great grandchildren Rachel and Ryan, his sister Agnes Korotko of Brick and his sister and brother-in-law Susan and Walter Lewis of Manchester.

A private cremation will take place in Florida.
