For the past few years I had the pleasure in meeting & speaking with Charlie every morning at the Sayreville/South Amboy water front. He was always so positive in everything he said. Always made my friend & I laugh with his stories or his jokes. Last time we seen him he said, It is a beautiful morning and I'm still here, enjoy your day ladies. So sorry for your loss. Pat Wilday
