Barbara J. Breen age 69 of Spotswood passed away peacefully on Friday December 26, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick with her loving family at her side. Born in Orange she had resided in Piscataway before moving to Spotswood 7 years ago. Barbara was a licensed hairdresser for 30 years and was co-owner of Reflections in The Mirror in Metuchen for 4 years. She was a member and former secretary of the Clear Water Village Association in Spotswood.

Surviving are her husband of 50 years Joseph A. Breen, her children and their spouses Joseph M. Breen of Spotswood, Dana & Andy Elizondo of Middlesex, Darlene & Carlos Rodrigues of Branchburg, and Thomas & Tina Breen of Manville, her grandchildren Mario and his wife Suzanne, Michael, Joey, A.J., Alyssa, Riley and Lia, her great grandchildren Masen, Christian, and Sean her sister Maryann Bauro of Spotswood and her best friend and companion her loving dog Daisy.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 8:30am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9am mass at Sacred Heart R. C. Church in South Amboy with private cremation to follow.
