Whiting
Rita Dicker Mooney age 90 of Whiting passed away peacefully Monday April 10, 2017 at Centra State Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Penguin, Tasmania, Australia, she had lived in Whiting for the past 20 years.
Mrs. Mooney is predeceased by her husband Daniel J. Mooney in 1997.
Surviving are her children Kerynne, Daniel, and Shaun, her grandchildren Amy, Daniel, Emily, Conner, Caitlin, and Colin, her great-grandchildren Melanee and Sophie, and her brothers Robert, Peter and Graham.
Funeral services will be Thursday 11am at Saint Mary of the Lake Cemetery in Lakewood, NJ.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
