Jennie Skalski age 97 of Monroe Township passed away Saturday May 7, 2016 at New Jersey Veterans Home, Menlo Park with her loving and devoted daughter at her side. Born in Newark she had resided in South River before moving to Monroe Township 20 years ago. Mrs. Skalski was a communicant of Saint Mary of Ostrabrama R. C. Church in South River.

She is predeceased by her husband Henry A. Skalski, her parents Boleslaw & Eleanora Florczak, her brothers Al, Stanley and John Florczak and her sisters Jean Dychkowski and Helen Weiss. Surviving are her children and their spouses Stephanie & Richard Fulham of Monroe Township and Chester & Ethel Skalski of Toms River, her grandchildren Chester, Lori Ann and Amanda, her great grandchildren Jared, Connor and Erin and her sister Sophie Lipira.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 8:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River followed by a 9am mass at Saint Mary of Ostrabrama R. C. Church in South River with burial to follow at New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, N.J.
