Maria Oliveira age 55 of South River passed away Monday November 24, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick with her loving family at her side. Born in Aveiro, Portugal she has resided in South River for the past 28 years. Before her retirement 1 year ago she was the co-owner with her husband, of Royal Bar-B-Q in South River for 23 years. Mrs. Oliveira was a communicant of Corpus Christi R. C. Church in South River.
She is predeceased by her parents Manuel & Eduarda Veira Ferreira. Surviving is her husband of 37 years Adriano Oliveira, her sons Luis Oliveira of South River and Jose Oliveira of Portugal and her sister Maria Veira Ferreira of Portugal
Funeral services will be held Monday 9:15am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River followed by a 10am mass at Corpus Christi R. C. Church in South River with entombment to follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.
