Obituary for Anthony A Piatek Jr.

Sayreville
Anthony A. Piatek Jr. age 70 of Sayreville passed away Monday, May 21st 2012 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in New Brunswick, he has resided in Sayreville all of his life. Before his retirement in 2001 he was employed by E.I. Du Pont in the Photo Product division in Parlin for 41 years retiring as a supervisor he was also member of the Du Pont 10 and 25 year clubs. Anthony was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville and was a member of the Sayreville Knights Of Columbus Council 2061.

He is predeceased by his grandson Ryan William Levine and his parents Anthony A. Piatek Sr. and Shirley Marchut Piatek. Surviving are his wife of 48 years Dorothy Stortz Piatek, his children and their spouses Yvonne & Lewis Levine of Hillsborough, Mark & Kristi Piatek of Pittsburg, Pa., Jacqueline & Nick Mosso of Chester and Stephanie & Robert Beers of Califon, his grandchildren Christopher & Julia Levine, Aleksander, Evan & Emma Piatek, Dominic & Vincent Mosso and Lauren, Zachary, Kyle & Bridget Beers and his sister Dorothy Pickett of Jamesburg.

Funeral services will be held Friday 9am from the Maliszewski Memorial Home 121 Main Street Sayreville followed by a 9:30am mass at Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
