Obituary

William Toscano, age 78 of Parlin, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Born and raised in the Vailsburg section of Newark before moving to Parlin in 1983. He was a vending machine operationer CIC in Union and was employed as a Security Guard at the Lakeview Senior Living Center before retiring. Bill served in the National Guard. Bill was the best uncle possible, he spoiled his nieces and nephews rotten. If mom or dad would not get them something, Uncle Billy always would! Bill was a loving son, uncle, friend, companion, neighbor and so much more. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is predeceased by his parents James & Angelina (nee Gamba) Toscano as well as his fiancé Nancy Rubiano and siblings Angelo Toscano and Louise Loria. Surviving are his beloved nieces and nephews- Jimmy, Sonny, Joe Toscano, Denise Bello and Renee Loria. Special Uncle to Jeanine, Dennis, Sylena and Charles Angulo. Anthony, Sharon, Christopher and Jonathan Buonanno as well as cousins, neighbors, friends who will miss him dearly.


Services were handled privately under the supervision of the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin NJ 08859. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Letters of condolence, complete funeral details and directions may be found on www.spezzifuneralhome.com.
