Wayne and I were at the same place three times during our long careers as document examiners: GWU University, US Secret Service and US Immigration and Naturalization Service, later to become US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. We used to tease each other that some day when one of us retired, one would say, "Hey, I bought a place at Hilton Head." And, the other would say, "Which house number?!" He will be missed - at one time, he was the number one expert on US immigration documents in the country.
