Vivian E. MacLennan, age 69, of Sayreville, peacefully passed away at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge on Sunday, April 18, 2021. Born in West Orange to the late Warren and Violet Begley, Vivian has lived in Sayreville for the past 40 years where she raised her own family. Before her retirement, she worked as a cashier with Pathmark in Old Bridge for many years. Vivian truly enjoyed taking care of children, none more than her dear grandchildren and family. She also loved socializing with her friends and family. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Vivian is predeceased by her son Michael in 2009. Surviving is her beloved husband of 49 years James MacLennan of Sayreville; her loving children Jason MacLennan and Matthew and his wife Natalie MacLennan, both of South Amboy; her dear grandchildren Maximus, MacKenzie, Kaeleigh, and Michael; her sister Lynn Begley and husband Don of WA; daughter-in-law, Stephanie of Neptune City; nephew David Bordne of PA; and great nieces and nephews Johnny, Cynthia, Mitchell, and Krystie.
