Theresa Semasko (Festner), age 88, of Parlin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Theresa was a remarkable woman who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Born in Sayreville, she was a lifelong borough resident. Theresa was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville. Theresa was also a retired Secretary from Sayreville High School and Sayreville Middle School. She enjoyed many years of traveling with her husband. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend and so much more. Theresa is predeceased by her loving husband, Fred “Fritz” Semasko and her parents Emil and Theresa Festner. Surviving are her children and their spouses Deborah and Paul Fattibene of Southport, CT along with Fred and Annette Semasko of Laurel Hill, FL. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Philip, Jason, Michelle, Nichole, Jill, 5 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
