Teresa Adkins (née Pacella)
August 12 1968 – August 22 2022
Teresa (54), better known by her nickname Teri, grew up in Sayreville, New Jersey. She graduated from Saint Mary’s high school in South Amboy in 1986. Not long after, she met her husband, Kim. He was a frozen food manager for ShopRite and she worked in the liquor store next door. They went on to have two children, Brianna and Anthony. Teri loved tigers and butterflies, and always bought anything with a tiger or butterfly on it! She also enjoyed walks along the South Amboy and Keyport water front, going out to lunch (especially with her mother Bonnie), and socializing with friends online. She is predeceased by her father, Joe Pacella. She is survived by her doting husband, Kim, and her mother, Bonnie. Teri also leaves behind her loving children, Brianna and Anthony, and two “grand children”, guinea pigs Marshmallow and Coconut, who squeaked uncontrollably whenever they saw her. She is also survived by her best friend and sister Joanne, brother Joe, and step daughter, Stefanie. She passed away after a long battle with breast cancer at Bayshore hospital in Holmdel surrounded by her loving family.
