Obituary for Rose Rapach (Bisaha)
Myrtle Beach, SC
Rose Rapach, age 64, formerly of Sayreville, peacefully passed away at her
home in Myrtle Beach, SC on Thursday, October 27, 2022, surrounded by her
loving family. Born in Bucje, Croatia to Stjepan and Katherine Bisaha, Rose
immigrated to Perth Amboy with her family in 1972, becoming citizens in
1980. She lived in Sayreville for 34 years before retiring to South Carolina in
2019. Mrs. Rapach was a stay at home mom, always taking pride in caring for
her family. She was an accomplished seamstress and could work wonders on
a sewing machine. Rose was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and dear friend
and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Rose is predeceased by her father Stjepan Bisaha. Surviving is her beloved
husband of 42 years James Rapach of SC; her loving mother Katherine
Bisaha of SC; her children and their spouses James and Heather Rapach of
IL, Christina and Andrew Haffner of NY, and Kevin and Alexa Rapach of
Hightstown, NJ; 5 dear grandchildren India, Jack, Abigail, Nathaniel, and
Mathias; Her brothers and their spouses John and Nathalie Bisaha, and
Michael and Jerilyn Bisaha, 14 nieces and nephews as well as many loving
family members and dear friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 9:15am on Friday from the Carmen F.
Spezzi Funeral Home with a 10am Catholic Mass at Our Lady of Victories RC
Church in Sayreville. Burial will immediately follow at New Calvary
Cemetery.
Calling hours at the funeral home will take place on Thursday from 4pm to
8pm.
