Rose Minch, 90 of South Amboy, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Connie DeGrazia, Rose resided in South Amboy for many years. Before her retirement, Rose loved her work at EcoLab and was most proud of her position as forklift operator. Rose was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, cousin, and friend. She loved to paint, laugh, and was always up for an adventure, but she enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her family. She will be missed for her kindness, adventurous spirit, and sense of humor.

Surviving is her beloved children Barbara Minch and partner James Szatkowski, John Minch and wife Alex Minch as well as her grandchildren Beth Torres and husband Steve Torres, Jacob Minch, Rachel Minch, her great-granddaughter Lucia Rose Torres and a host of cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 8:45 a.m. from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with a 10:00 a.m. service at St. Anne’s Church in Garwood. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
