I had only known him through my dad, Bob McGrath, from years of many events of seeing him at the VFW Post 4699 in Sayreville, and of him who him speaking so very highly of his very dear friend and comrade. He was so proud Bob Redford was his friend and a part of his life the many years at the post on Jernee Mill Road, and involved in all the many gatherings and veterans affairs these great Vets were involved in celebrating together.
