Regina Da Silva Vieira Mateus, age 44 of South River, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Aveira, Portugal, she had lived in South River for the past 20 years. Regina was a homemaker and a communicant of Corpus Christi RC Church in South River.
Surviving are her loving husband Miguel Mateus, her children Vivian and Mickael Da Silva Mateus, her mother Augusta Da Silva, her brothers Ricardo and Hugo Da Silva and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Calling hours at the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave. South River will be Monday from 7pm to 9pm. A private cremation will follow.
