Peter L. Krzyzkowski, age 85, of South River, peacefully passed away at his home on Thursday, November 10, 2022. Born in South Amboy to the late Paul and Helen Krzyzkowski, Peter was a lifelong South River resident. Before his retirement, Mr. Krzyzkowski worked as a custodian for the South River Middle School for over 25 years. He is survived by many dear friends and neighbors and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Peter is predeceased by his parents Paul and Helen Krzyzkowski, and by his brother Paul and Joseph Krzyzkowski. Surviving are his dear friends Frederick and Francis Schaum of South River.
A graveside service will take place at 10am on Wednesday at holy Cross Burial Park under the direction of the M.A. Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Avenue, South River.
