Obituary for Pedro M Cardoso

Pedro M. Cardoso, age 43 of Old Bridge passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at his home. Born in Portugal he had resided in Sayreville before moving to Old Bridge last year. He was an Owner and Operator of Eco Crete in South Amboy. Pedro enjoyed cooking and making everyone happy. He loved to spend time with his family especially his boys who were his whole world. He will truly be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He is survived by his sons Julian, Jordan and Jacob Cardoso, his parents Manuel and Rosa Cardoso of Sayreville, his brothers Sergio Cardoso of Sayreville, Bruno and his wife Rana Cardoso of Sayreville, his niece Karina Cardoso, his nephew Brandon Cardoso, his grandmother Rosa Augusta Maltez of Portugal, his Aunts and Uncles Maria and Antonio Maia of Portugal, Fatima and Carlos Caspao of Sayreville, Fernando and Raquel Costa of Hillside, Antonio and Marta Cardoso of Columbia and Fatima Cardoso of Florida, many loving cousins and his soulmate Coleen Battersby.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday from 5pm to 8pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin. A Prayer Service and Entombment will be held Friday 11am at St Gertrude Cemetery and Mausoleum in Colonia.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Pedro’s name to JDRF. Checks can be payable to JDRF and given to the family in envelopes provided by the funeral home.
Friends and family are invited to attend his 7 day Mass on Saturday, February 8th 2020 at 5:30pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 403 Spring Street in Elizabeth.
