Patricia Pelszynski, age 84 of the Parlin section of Sayreville, passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at her home with her loving family by her side. Born and raised in Belleville, NJ, she later relocated to Sayreville, where she had resided for the last 62 years. Pat retired from the Garden State Parkway Authority,
after 25 years of service as a Data Librarian.

A devout Catholic, devoted Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Pat’s heart had an infinite capacity to care for others. She was the portrait of strength and wisdom and leaves behind a legacy of love.

Pat was predeceased by her husband of 56 years Edward Pelszynski, parents Harry and Gladys Sullivan, and her brothers Harry, John, and Paul. Surviving are her children and their spouses Laura and Gilbert Clark, Edward and Susan Pelszynski, Steven and Laura Pelszynski, William and Sharon Pelszynski, Daniel and Anh Pelszynski, Kathleen and Gregory Papp, and Mary and Clinton Speiser, her sister Mary Ann Baxter, 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, as well as many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Calling hours at the Carmen F Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ 08859 will be held Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Funeral services will take place Saturday 8:45am at the funeral home and 9:30am at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy, with burial to follow at new Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
