Obituary for Michael Bauer

Parlin
Michael Bauer, of Parlin, passed away Sunday May 31, 2015 at the age of 84. Born in Union City, he had lived in Parlin for the past 10 years. Before his retirement, Michael was a smelter and factory worker for many years. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War Conflict. He was considered a great friend to many. He enjoyed playing cards and trips to Atlantic City.
He is predeceased by his parents Michael and Martha, his wife Helen, his brother William Brown, and his sisters Ann Perillo and Elaine Sayres.
Surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his sister in law Marie Brown.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 10am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, with a burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
