Maryann Mastrolia Zupko, age 62, of Parlin, passed away at her home on Friday, September 3, 2021. Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Parlin for over 30 years. Maryann had worked for Walmart for several years, retiring last year to care for her husband during his illness and last days of his life. She loved spending time with her family and taking pictures. She also loved tending to her flowers and listening to classic rock, in particular Tom Petty.
She is predeceased by her husband Kenny Zupko on November 6, 2020, her parents Angelo and Dorothy Mastrolia, her sister Evelyn on June 29, 2020 and her brother Angelo on June 18, 2021.
Surviving are her sons Brian Zupko and his finace Samantha Masters, Jesse Zupko and his fiancé Victoria Genito, and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
A private cremation was held under the direction of the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, NJ 08859. A memorial service will take place at a future date.
