Madalyn Purcell, age 72, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 26, 2020 at Care One in Holmdel. Born in Jersey City, she grew up in South Amboy, moved to Howell to raise her family, she moved back to South Amboy and opened Bake and More where she and her best friend Beth created beautiful works of edible art. Madalyn was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, friend and so much more. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is predeceased by her parents Melvin & Anne Carter as well as her sister Julianna. Surviving are her children Keith & Maggie Purcell and Kevin & Kim Purcell as well as her beloved grandchildren Eric, Colin & Emma Purcell and her sister Donna.
