Lorraine Gallas Pachkowski, age 81 of Sayreville passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 with her children by her side. Lorraine, also known as “Honey” was born and lived her entire life in Sayreville. Before her retirement in 2004, Lorraine worked as an administrative assistant at Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (Rutgers University) in New Brunswick for 40 years. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in South Amboy where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Sacred Heart Seniors. She was also an active member of the OLV Columbiettes 2061, The St. Stan’s Seniors and the Sayreville Seniors Thursday Club.
She is predeceased by her husband John in 2017 and her brother Frank Gallas.
Surviving are her children John and his wife Mary Alice, Brian, and Laurie, her brother Gerald Gallas and his wife Jeanette, her sister-in-law Patricia Gallas, her brother-in-law Harry Pachkowski and his wife Bernadine, and several nieces and nephews.
