Leon Zielinski Sr, age 67 of Sayreville passed away Tuesday May 14, at CareOne at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, Elizabeth. Born in Germany, Leon had resided in New Jersey for most of his life.
He is predeceased by his parents Stanislaw and Wiktoria Zielinski. Surviving are his wife of 39 years Susan Zielinski, his daughter and son in-law Vanessa and Charles Fioretti, his son and fiancé Leon Zielinski and Megan Sweeney, his beloved granddaughters Melissa and Carly Fioretti, his sisters Stella Malkiewicz and Daniela Land, his brother and sister in-law Joseph and Wieslawa Zielinski as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours at The Carmen F Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ 08859 will be Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. Funeral services will take place Monday 8:45am from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass being offered 9:30am, Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church, Sayreville.
