Larry Slaski, age 74 of South River, passed away Friday December 9,2022 at home. Born in New Brunswick, he had resided in South River most of his life. Before his retirement Larry worked for Johnson & Johnson as a data processor. To keep busy Larry worked at Bridge Liquor after his retirement. Larry was a proud Marine Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. Larry was a man of few words, but loved with all of his heart. He was loved by so many. Mr. Slaski enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family. He will truly be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. He was a one-of-a-kind gentleman, husband, father and friend.

Larry is predeceased by the love of his life Frances Slaski, as well as his parents Jean & Eugene Skaski as well as his brother Donald Slaksi. Surviving is his beloved daughter and best friend Angela & her wife Alicia as well as his brothers-in-law George & his wife Claire Muszewski and Bob & his wife Cathy Muszewski and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.

Services are private under the direction of the M.A. Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Avenue, South River N.J. A public burial with Marine honors will be held at 12pm on Friday April 28, 2023 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Brunswick.
