Joseph Woszczyna age 78 of East Brunswick, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Robert Wood Johnson with his loving sister by his side. Born in New Brunswick, Joseph had resided in East Brunswick all of his life. Joseph, an Army Veteran, was proud of his service in the Vietnam War. He was a Combat Veteran; he loved his country and fellow serviceman. Joe volunteered for the East Brunswick Emergency Management, was a member of the East Brunswick VFW, the St. Mary’s KoC, and was an avid Radio Relay League Member. Mr. Woszczyna was a communicant of St. Mary’s Ostrabrama Church in South River. Joseph was a loving brother, brother-in-law, cousin, Army Veteran and friend. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

He is predeceased by his loving parents Joseph & Mary Woszczyna. Surviving is his much loved sister Doris Woscyna & her husband Eugene Grace, as well as his Godmother and Aunt Jean Montigros and many loving Migut & Woszczyna cousins, friends and neighbors

Funeral services will be Friday 9:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave South River with a 10am Mass at St. Mary’s Ostrabrama in South River. A burial will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Sayreville

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 4pm to 8pm.

In lieu of flowers, Joseph’s family requests that donations be made to St.Mary’s Ostrabrama Church South River, NJ.
