John J. Wojcik, age 65 of Sayreville, passed away peacefully on Holy Saturday, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong resident of Sayreville. John worked for Vince’s Rentals for over 30 years and later at Holt Machinery. He was a loving family man and nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his children & grandchildren. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville.

He is predeceased by his parents John J. and Jean (Kupsch) Wojcik.
Surviving are his loving wife of 43 years, Joyce Balon, his cherished children Jennifer and Kevin Szatkowski, Jodi & Dan Knoll, John J. & Jamie Wojcik, his beloved grandchildren Madison, Jacob, Austin, Zoe, John J. Jr., his sibling Jo Ann and Joseph Walter, James Wojcik and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Funeral services will be Friday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, with a 9:30am funeral Mass at Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville. A private cremation will follow.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s name may be made to Teammates4life.com
