Obituary for Joan Lytkowski
Joan Lytkowski, age 90, of Sayreville, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. Born in New Brunswick, she had lived in Sayreville for over 65 years. Before her retirement, Joan alongside her husband Andrew owned and operated the Village Apothecary in Sayreville. When Joan wasn’t spending time with her family she dedicated herself to her community as member of the Sayreville Lions Club, Mavis, the Our Lady of Victories Choir and NACT.
She is predeceased by her husband of 60 years Andrew Lytkowski and sister Carol Blake.
Surviving are her children and their spouses Mary Lee and Timothy Dentz , Andrew Lytkowski and Laurie Pasternak and William and Tamara Lytkowski , her grandchildren Brian Dentz, Yukiko Lytkowski, William Lytkowski, Josephine Lytkowski and Michael Lytkowski, her great grandson Brian Dentz, her brother Fred Kreamer and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 9:30am on Saturday March 6, 2021 at St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C. Church, Sayreville. Due to COVID-19 regulations a mask must be worn at all times.
