RIP Jim... we will miss our "Mr. Wilson" neighbor. You were a great guy, always nice to the kids and we would never not see you without a smile on your face. We always knew when Jim was cooking on the bbq, that charcoal smell was the best summertime smell.. Rest easy in heaven and enjoy the beach in paradise. The Mangeri family
