Obituary for Irene Hinlicky
Irene Hinlicky, age 91, of Iselin passed away peacefully on Thursday May 16, 2019 at JFK Haven Hospice in Edison. Born in Newark Irene moved to Iselin in 1953 to raise her family. Irene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and so much more. She will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
She is predeceased by his parents Peter & Mary Chabra, her husband Julius in 2000, and her son Tod Wayne Hinlicky in 2010. Surviving are children Debra Hinlicky and her husband David Miller and her son Jay Hinlicky as well as her grandson Wayne Hinlicky and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 9:45am Monday from the Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Ave, South River with a 10am service at the Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Burial will follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery in Woodbridge.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 1 to 4pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Irene’s name to Haven Hospice 65 James St, Edison, NJ 08818 or a charity of your choice.
