Henry Ellison, age 82, of South Amboy, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Crestwood Manor in Whiting, NJ. Born in South Amboy, Henry has been a lifelong resident of South Amboy. Henry worked for the Middlesex County Utilities Authority before his retirement. Mr. Ellison was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in South Amboy. Henry was a loving son, cousin, and friend. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Henry is predeceased by his parents Joseph & Genevieve Ellison. Surviving is his cousin Thomas Rittenhouse as well as many cousins, great-cousins, neighbors and friends.

Viewing hours are scheduled for Saturday from 11am-1pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin. Prayer services will be held on Saturday at 12:30pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home. A burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Parlin., NJ. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, please note that a maximum of 100 visitors will be allowed inside the funeral home at once and masks must be worn at all times. We encourage visitors to limit their time in the building to allow the family the maximum amount of guests possible.
