Obituary for Henry "Hank" Bulakowski Jr.

Sayreville
Henry “Hank” Bulakowski Jr., age 69 of Sayreville, passed away peacefully at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Born in Brooklyn, he had lived in Queens before moving to Sayreville 28 years ago. Before his retirement, Hank worked as a licensed funeral director in New York for many years. He worked as a manager for I.J. Morris in Brooklyn, Riverside Chapels in Manhattan and lastly with Weinstein Garlick Kirschenbaum Chapels in Brooklyn. Mr. B was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church in Brooklyn and Sayreville.
He is predeceased by his parents Henry and Stella Bulakowski and his son-in-law Stacy Gary Nowak.
Surviving are his loving wife of 46 years June, his beloved daughters Jill Nowak, Laura Bulakowski and her husband Michael Felice, his sisters Lorraine Bulakowski and Carol McNally, his fur grandbabies Bugsy and Trooper and a host of friends who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 8:30am from the Maliszewski Memorial Home 121 Main St. Sayreville, with a 9:00am funeral Mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church in Sayreville. Burial will follow at St. Stan’s Cemetery in Sayreville.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm.
