Parlin
Helen Kapsky age 86 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Saturday September 5th 2015 at The Venetian in South Amboy. Born in Pennsylvania to Andrew and Stella Kapsky, she was raised and lived in Newark before moving to Parlin 43 years ago. Before her retirement in 1993 she was employed by United Label Corp in Newark as office manager where she had worked for 23 years. Helen was a communicant of Saint Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin.

She is predeceased by her brothers John and Steve Kapsky and her sister in law Ethel Kapsky. Surviving are her loving son Andrew Kapsky of Parlin, her sister in law Irene Kapsky of Tinton Falls, her nieces Andre McBride of Langhorne, Pa and Cindy D’Antonio of Freehold, her nephews Mark Kapsky of Chatham and John Kapsky of Hawaii, 7 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews.

She was loved by her close friends Michael & Valerie Murray of Sayreville, the Rubay family of South Amboy, the Yuhas family of Sayreville and the Vallee Family of Matawan.

Funeral services will be held Thursday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at Saint Bernadette’s R. C. Church in Parlin with entombment to follow at Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, South Brunswick.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.
