Obituary for Harry Aurnhammer
Harry Aurnhammer, age 86 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away peacefully on Friday,
December 2, 2022, at his home in Parlin. Born in Newark he was a lifelong resident of New Jersey.
Before his retirement he was employed by Consolidated Freightways for over 30 years. Mr.
Aurnhammer was a communicant of St Bernadette R.C. Church in Parlin. He will truly be missed by all
who knew and loved him.
Harry is predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Aurnhammer in 2005. Surviving are his daughters and
their spouses, Mary and Charles Vincent, Julie and Douglas Calhoun, Vicki Bratton and significant other
Tom Belloff, his grandchildren Lyndsey, Ashley and her husband Luis, Michael Jr, Christopher, Connor,
Evan and Tierney, his great grandchildren Laylah and Noel, his sister Margaret Reed and many nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation hours will take place on Sunday from 12pm to 4pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15
