Obituary for George Stueber

Parlin
George Stueber, age 55, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, peacefully passed away at his home on Thursday, February 25, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Born in New Brunswick, George was raised in Old Bridge before moving to Parlin, where he has lived for many years. He graduated from Vo-Tech in East Brunswick, and throughout his career worked as a field technician with Atlantic Engineering in Rahway. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. George was crew chief for his son as well as race director for Garden State ΒΌ Midget Racing Club. He absolutely loved Disney World, was a fan of NASCAR, and enjoyed camping, bowling, and his beloved Siberian Huskies. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

George is predeceased by his father George Henry Stueber. Surviving is his beloved wife of 15 years Amy Stueber of Parlin; his dear mother Sharon Stueber of Old Bridge; his son Zachary Haspel of Parlin; his sisters and their spouses Kathie and Jake Order of Lacey and Cindi and Matt Grobelny of Barnegat; his nieces and nephews Bryan and Kaitlyn Order, Jillian Houser and her husband Kyle, and Matthew and Morgan Grobelny; his grand-niece Emery Jean Houser; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30am at Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery in Parlin.
