Obituary for Fred R Petrozzi

Parlin
Fred R. Petrozzi, age 90 of Parlin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Newark, Fred had lived in Parlin for the past 70 years. Before his retirement, Fred worked as a Maintenance Technician for the NJ Turnpike Authority and then independently owned and operated All-Aire Service of Parlin for 15 years. He was a member of the International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers. Fred was a proud US Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a Major in the US Air Force Auxiliary and Civil Air Patrol. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville and a 4th Degree member of the OLV Knights of Columbus, where he proudly served as Past Grand Knight and Past Faithful Navigator.
Fred is predeceased by his sibling Samuel Petrozzi, Serena Salvatoriello, Josephine Petrozzi and Rosemary Petrozzi.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, the former Carmella Santamaria, his loving daughters Rosanne Nizolek, Genevieve (GiGi) Kenna, Michelle Duvall, Theresa Blekeski, and Patricia Petrozzi, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and his sister Chancie Di Nicola.
