Obituary for Frank Crespo

Frank Crespo of the Parlin section of Old Bridge passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at his home with his loving wife and family at his side.

Born in Bayonne, Frank was a lifelong resident of the state. He belonged to the “International Brotherhood of Teamster” Local Number 560. His passions included gardening, water sport, cruising, and playing “his numbers”. Frank never knew a stranger and enjoyed spending time at the outdoor markets talking to anyone and everyone. Before his retirement Frank was the proud owner of Franks Women’s Wear in Parlin for 45 years. Mr. Crespo is survived by his wife of 62 years, Geraldine Crespo, his daughters and their spouses Kathleen and Linwood Hamilton, Sissie Callahan-Semon and Kevin Semon, Elizabeth Martinell and Diane and Frank Salzano, his grandchildren Brett and Kensie Hamilton, Christopher, Rory, Ryan, Colin and Conor Callahan, Joseph and Mathew Martilell and Frankie and April Salzano, his sister Diane DeHart, 9 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and his faithful dog “Little Girl” Chloe.

Calling hours at The Carmen F Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ 08859 will take place Saturday from 12pm to 4pm with Prayer Services beginning at 3pm.
