Florence Kulesa, age 89, of Parlin, peacefully passed away at home on March 15, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Born in South River, Florence lived in Parlin for over 65 years. Florence worked for Bell Telephone and Raritan Bay Medical Center before her retirement. She loved to crochet, knit, read and do puzzles. Florence leaves behind wonderful family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and so much more.

Florence is predeceased by her beloved husband Fred, her daughter Kathleen Kilpatrick and son Fred Kulesa Jr, her parents Stanley & Mary Chmura as well as her sister Marie Olsen. Surviving is her beloved daughter and son in law Amy & Frank Zuccaro as well as her four adored grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, her sister Dorothy Suskevich and brother and sister in law Leon & Clara Chmura and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ. Funeral services will be held at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ on Thursday, at 9am. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Ostrabrama Cemetery in East Brunswick, NJ.
