Eugene Edward Shepsko, 78, of Spotswood, NJ, son of Celia and Paul Shepsko, Sr. passed away December 26, 2023 at Hackensack Meridian Hospital, Perth Amboy, NJ. He is Survived by his Wife of 55 years Shirley Hanis Shepsko, his daughter Sheryl Scotto and her husband Ron, his sons William Shepsko and his wife Susan, Michael Shepsko and his wife Mary, Scott Beck and his wife Betzi, Rob Taylor and husband Dusan. Grandkids Kelly Terrigno, Emily Shepsko, Shannon Burton, Chelsey Shepsko, Aiden and Matthew Scotto and Great Grandsons JJ and Braydon. Also, sister-in-laws Catherine and Stella, several nieces and nephews and special friends Gene and Marie Gevedon. He is predeceased by his brothers Edward and Paul Shepsko.

He was a Lifelong Resident of New Jersey, born at St. Peters Hospital in New Brunswick , NJ. Gene was a long time dedicated Foster-Parent to more than one hundred plus kids, mostly teenagers. Retired from Exxon Mobile after 35 years. He Graduated from East Brunswick High school in 1964. He had many Close Ties With Family and Friends, Enjoyed sports, favorite football team, NY Giants. Viewing is from 9am to 11am with an 11am prayer service Friday, December 29, 2023, at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River, NJ. Burial St Mary's Cemetery, East Brunswick. Followed by Luncheon At Camillo's Restaurant in Sayreville at 12:30pm. Family and friends invited. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contribution may be made to, Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, Browns Mills, NJ.
