Edwin Andres Valencia Bolanos, born June 16th, 1988 of Sayreville passed away Friday, April 24th, 2020 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. Born in Quito, Ecuador, he lived in Sayreville for several years, a Sayreville High School Graduate. Eddy earned his Culinary Arts degree and worked as an Executive Chef for many years before pursuing a degree in Welding. Eddy loved to smile, he loved life and everyone who was a part of it. An honest charismatic man, he impacted many lives throughout his journey. A loving son, father, brother and friend he will never be forgotten.

Surviving are his mother Silvia Bolanos and her husband Juan Prado, his father Edwin, his daughters Aubrey and Zariah Valencia, his fiancé Sarah Salas, his step-son Haven Ibarra, his sisters Samantha Valencia, Genesis Prado, his grandmother Aida Carvajal, his grandfather Jorge Bolanos, his aunts Veronica and Carmen Bolanos, his Uncle Jorge Bolanos, his cousins Geovanna and Carlos Collaguazo, Pamela and Juan Pablo Bolanos, Brihanna Cevallos and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
