Dorothy M. Teske Hart, age 89 of Parlin, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Luzerne, PA, she had lived in Parlin for many years. Dorothy was a graduate of Nesbit Hospital School of Nursing in Kingston PA and worked as a Registered Nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Elizabeth for several years. She was a member of the Sayreville Seniors Club.
She is predeceased by her husband Leo F. Hart in 2007 and her siblings Henry, Elizabeth, Mildred, Edith, Emil, William, and Ruth.
Surviving are her children Leo, Joseph and his wife Karen, Donald and his wife Sue, Theresa Kren and her husband Robert, and her 9 beloved grandchildren Michael, Kelsey, Samantha, Aaron, Evan, Aisha, Kelly, Matthew and Tyler.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday 9am to 11am with an 11am service at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin. Entombment will follow at Clover Leaf Park Cemetery.
